The soundproofing was terrible. we were woken up by noise from outside and hallways. The promised air conditioning didn't work, making the room uncomfortably warm at night. They didn't seem to care when I mentioned it, which was frustrating.

Had an awesome stay! The room was light and airy with stylish decor. It was super spacious and had a fantastic spa bath. A large double shower that felt really luxurious. The coffee machine was a nice touch, and we loved the comfy bath robes and slippers. The bed looked a bit iffy at first but was actually incredibly comfy. Just a heads up, there’s no lift, so keep that in mind if you have heavy bags!
